Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, refunds or exchanges are not possible.
Semi-custom branding services involve personalised work based on client input. As such, refunds are not available once the customisation process has started. If you have questions prior to purchase, please contact us before placing an order.
