Some projects feel like they were made to be dreamed into existence. This was one of them.
For Dilara and Sjoerd’s wedding, I designed and built a complete digital experience for their guests. The brief was clear from the start: timeless, chique, with a handcrafted feeling. Their wedding styling already told a story through lace details and a deep bordeaux, so the website had to speak the same language.
At the heart of it all sits a custom monogram, where the D and S are woven together into one mark. Mirrored, symmetrical, and made to carry the whole visual identity across every corner of the site.
Beyond the aesthetic, the website does real work. An interactive venue map guides guests to the location in a way that feels considered rather than functional. An integrated RSVP means no external tools, no jarring redirects, just a seamless experience from first impression to confirmed attendance.
This is what a wedding website can be when it’s treated as a design project from the very first sketch.
